At KCmgmt Ltd, we are committed to conducting business ethically, with integrity, and in a way that respects and protects human rights. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or any form of exploitation within our business or supply chain.

Although KCmgmt Ltd is not currently required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 due to our size and turnover, we voluntarily publish this statement to demonstrate our commitment to responsible business practices.

Our Business

KCmgmt Ltd is a UK-based influencer talent management agency representing digital content creators and working with brands on influencer marketing campaigns. We operate primarily within the digital services sector and do not manufacture goods or operate complex international supply chains.

Our supply chain is relatively low risk and consists primarily of professional service providers, software providers, marketing platforms, payment providers and business partners.

When selecting suppliers and partners, we aim to work with organisations that operate lawfully and ethically and comply with applicable employment and human rights legislation.

Due Diligence

KCmgmt Ltd seeks to minimise the risk of modern slavery by:

• Conducting appropriate checks on new suppliers and business partners where appropriate.
• Monitoring relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Choosing reputable organisations with established ethical business practices.
• Reviewing concerns raised regarding unethical or illegal conduct.

Our Team

We expect everyone working with or on behalf of KCmgmt Ltd to uphold our values and report any concerns relating to unethical behaviour or potential human rights abuses.

Where concerns are identified, they will be investigated appropriately and action will be taken where necessary.
